Lily & Lotus Kitchen – Wellness Retreat Cheffing

Lily & Lotus Kitchen prepares food entirely from scratch, providing seasonal, wholesome, vegan food that is cooked according to ayurvedic principles to best complement your wellness retreat.

Trained by the wonderful Bex @ The Mindful Kitchen my catering contains no refined sugars or processed ingredients, just nutrient dense, easily digestible food that makes you feel good (and tastes good, too!).
